SEMI AUTOMATIC CARTON SEALING MACHINE

The self-conforming/random-size machines with lateral driving system ideal for every type of carton boxes. The most suitable solution to close automatically different size of carton boxes. Once the carton is filled and positioned on the machine, after a simple and light pushing the height of the taping unit and the width of the side drive belts automatically adapt to the dimensions of the box itself allowing the carton box to be driven through the machine for the simultaneous application of the self-adhesive tape on the top and on the bottom side.   • Simultaneous application of the self-adhesive tape on bottom and on the top side of the carton during its passage through the machine with possibility to adjust the front and the rear leg length

  • Compressed air consumption: depending from the specifications and the dimensions of the carton boxes (indicatively 3,5 – 4 nl/cycle) at a pressure of 6 bar
  • Side safety panels in transparent execution, protecting the area close to the movement of the upper sealing and driving unit
