For bulk materials like peanuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and walnuts, the system can accurately sort out impurities such as metal, thin glass, insects, stones, hard plastics, cigarette butts, plastic film, and paper. It also inspects product surfaces for issues like insect damage, mildew, stains, and broken skin, ensuring higher quality and output with minimal product loss.
For frozen vegetables such as broccoli, carrot slices, pea pods, spinach, and rape, the system detects impurities including metal, stones, glass, soil, and snail shells. Additionally, it performs quality inspections to identify defects such as disease spots, rot, and brown spots, ensuring high product standards and safety.
